It can therefore be used in 5 ways namely: 1: Before you wash your hair you first use some oil and then wash it with your favo shampoo, this makes it extra soft. 2: Pump oil on the hand and apply evenly to towel-dried hair for hydration and shine. 3: Apply after styling where necessary on dry hair from the middle of the hair length to the ends for extra aftercare. 4: Use before bedtime and give your hair hydration from roots to ends. The next day your hair will be wonderfully soft. 5: You can also use it for a moisturizing scalp massage. So you can see that the oil can be used in several ways! Instructions for the AVEDA Nutriplenish™ Multi Use Hair Oil

Step 1: Apply either dry or towel-dried hair. Step 2: Apply it into the lengths and ends of the hair (or possibly on your scalp) Step 3: Let it soak gently and style your hair as desired. Of course it is also possible to rinse out the oil. It depends on what you use the oil for.
